The Mono Rail System represents a cutting-edge solution for optimizing internal transportation within greenhouse environments. Mounted along the greenhouse ridge, this system operates on battery-driven trains with attached trolley platforms, offering versatility in product carriage.

The system’s simplicity is a hallmark feature. Operators manually select tracks, triggering automated train operation. This enables seamless execution of various tasks such as potting, spacing, shipping, and delivery simultaneously, facilitated by changeovers and double tracks.

Scalability is inherent to the system, with capacity determined by track length, platform loading speed, and train count. Expansion is straightforward; additional trains can be seamlessly integrated without requiring complex programming. Moreover, the system can be extended with supplementary machines for automated loading and unloading within the working area, enhancing overall efficiency.

Each train is equipped with a user-friendly switch box for easy start and stop control, complemented by the option to use a pull cord. Powered by long-lasting batteries, capable of sustaining up to 12 hours of operation, charging typically occurs overnight to ensure uninterrupted service. Additionally, saloon-type doors facilitate passage between greenhouses, automatically opening and closing upon train approach, further streamlining operations.
